What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
Our standard MOQ is 100 pieces per style. For mixed orders across multiple styles or categories, we require a minimum of 500 pieces in total. We work with both small boutiques placing their first order and large wholesale distributors placing repeat bulk orders — so please don't hesitate to reach out regardless of your volume.
How long does it take to receive my order after confirmation?
For standard orders, production and dispatch typically takes 10–15 working days from the date of order confirmation and advance payment. For urgent orders, we can often expedite within 7 working days (subject to fabric availability and current production load). Pan-India delivery via our logistics partners generally adds 2–5 business days depending on your location.
Do you offer private label / custom branding?
Yes, absolutely. We offer complete private label services — including your own brand tags, woven labels, hang tags, and custom packaging. This is very popular with boutique owners who want to sell under their own brand. Minimum quantities apply for private label orders. Please mention your branding requirement clearly when sending your enquiry so we can plan accordingly.
Can I get product samples before placing a bulk order?
Yes. Sample pieces are available for most styles from our standard catalogue. A nominal sampling charge applies, which is typically adjusted against your first bulk order. For custom styles designed from scratch, a sample development charge applies. We encourage all new clients to request samples so you can assess quality firsthand before committing to a large order.
What payment terms do you accept?
We accept payment via NEFT, RTGS, and UPI. Standard terms for new clients are 100% advance before production begins. For established long-term clients, partial credit terms can be discussed on a case-by-case basis. All transactions are GST-compliant, and a proper tax invoice is provided with every order.
Do you offer custom washes, fits, embroidery and prints?
Certainly. Our in-house capabilities include a full range of custom washes (acid wash, stone wash, tinted wash, bleach wash), embroidery, screen and digital prints, rip effects, whisker detailing, and special finishes. You can either choose from our existing catalogue of 500+ designs or bring your own design reference and we will replicate it to your specification.
Do you deliver outside Delhi/NCR?
Yes, we supply pan-India. We currently serve retailers, distributors, and boutiques in 50+ cities and towns across India, including major markets in Punjab, Rajasthan, Gujarat, Maharashtra, UP, and beyond. Delivery is handled through trusted third-party logistics partners. Freight charges are billed at actuals and are clearly communicated at the time of order.
Are you GST registered? Will I get a proper invoice?
Yes. Taani Industries Pvt. Ltd. is a registered company and fully GST-compliant. A proper GST tax invoice is issued with every order. If you require specific invoice formats or HSN code details for your accounting, please let us know at the time of ordering.
